Brooke is a holistic practitioner who works with men and women to improve their quality of life and regulate the nervous system. Preventative health care is important within Brooke’s approach.
Educating clients on the importance of self-care through recovery to lower stress and increase performance.

BENEFITS OF BREATH & BATH
Breathwork:
Breath is the only constant in life, from the moment we are born to the moment we pass. Breath is our life force energy allowing us to experience life in the physical realm. On a daily basis, we are often unconscious of our breath as they are typically shallow chest breaths, resulting in high levels of cortisol and impacting our functional performance.
Breathwork changes the brains biochemistry and resets the bodies conditioning beyond its comfort zone and allows us to overcome stress. Breath activates our sympathetic NS and transitions us to our parasympathetic NS to improve out mind over matter response.
Contrast water therapy:
Contrast water therapy causes vasoconstriction & vasodilation of blood vessels, restricting blood flow to heart to reduce pain & inflammation.
Increases performance, clarity, decision making, handling stress as body adapts to conditions.
Benefits of breath & baths:
Breath removes CO2 from body to improve concentration allowing you to have coherence of your mind and body, to increase awareness of mind – matter to prepare your body for a higher state of alertness in cold water.
Boosts cardiovascular circulation, which is beneficial for a healthy heart, a strong immune system, well-balanced mental health, and a high level of energy.
